Production lite package comes with production equipment (Video Conferencing Equipment Kenya ) for a hybrid event for a maximum of 10 participants, Zoom Webinar license and the host who will control the event. 10 participants attend physically, and a maximum of 10,000 participants can attend virtually. All the physical participants are facing the large screen giving them confidence and easy access to respond to the virtual participants making your collaboration frictionless and easy. Our team will be handling the host controls of the Webinar to ensure the meetings goes seamless and to your satisfaction.

2. Production Standard

In Production Standard, you can have up to maximum of 25 participants attend physically, and a maximum of 50,000 participants can attend virtually. All the physical participants are facing our collaboration solution, where they can see two large screens, one showing the participants and the other showing the shared content with two confidence monitors displaying the host controls. Physical participants can easily respond to the virtual participants, making your collaboration frictionless and easy. Our team will handle the host controls of the webinar to ensure the meeting goes seamlessly and to your satisfaction.

 

3. Production Plus

Production Plus packages comes with all the production Equipment to cater for a maximum of 2000 to 4000 physical participants, Zoom Webinar license, the host and the AV team who will control the Event.

Maximum of 2000 participants can attend physically, and a maximum of 10,000 participants can attend virtually.

In this setup we have a podium for the speakers and a stage where the officials are seated facing the guests. Confidence monitors are placed right at the front giving the speakers and officials making it easy for them to respond to the virtual participants making your collaboration frictionless and easy.

We have a large LED screen facing the guests to ensure they are also fully engaged and can also fully participate in the event. In production plus, we boost your event by branding and adding graphics giving your audiences a professional and stunning view. Our specialist voice interpreters is seated near the stage to ensure your hard challenged audience are also engaged in the event.
